We use only FDA-approved, non-compounded GLP-1 medications because they undergo rigorous safety, quality, and effectiveness testing, offer consistent dosing, and are manufactured under strict regulatory standards. This helps reduce concerns around purity, potency, and ingredient inconsistencies sometimes associated with compounded medications. We also partner with trusted providers like LillyDirect and Novo Nordisk to offer cash-pay options that help make treatment more accessible and affordable. Our programs include a complimentary first month of GLP-1 medication.

  • Yes. Labs are ordered and reviewed as part of your care. This option is available in our office in Sonoma County or via telehealth appointment virtually. Our hormone and wellness evaluations are often more comprehensive than a standard primary care lab work up, allowing us to take a deeper look at factors that may impact symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, low libido, brain fog, sleep issues, and menopause-related changes. We assess hormone levels, metabolic health, thyroid function, and other key biomarkers to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and symptoms.

  • Most services are self-pay. All costs are discussed before treatment begins.

  • I’ll tell you honestly. Not everyone is enrolled.

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy helps restore hormone levels as women are transitioning from perimenopause to menopause.

This may include estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, thyroid hormones, or adrenal support

We use bioidentical hormones, that are identical to the hormones your body produces to reduce symptoms during the transition as well as offer protection against osteoporosis, cardiac health and dementia.

These services are available in-office in Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, California or via telehealth appointments virtually.

  • Perimenopause and menopause can cause symptoms like irregular periods, hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, brain fog, fatigue, weight gain, low libido, vaginal dryness, sleep problems, anxiety, and joint pain. Perimenopause often begins in your 40s with changing menstrual cycles, while menopause is officially diagnosed after 12 consecutive months without a period. Hormone testing and a menopause specialist can help determine where you are in the transition.

  • Platelet rich plasma (PRP) platelet growth factors are released for up to seven days, supporting collagen production and increased vascularization, which results in overall tissue improvements.

  • The PRP is injected into two areas: clitoris & vagina.

Clitoris: The first area is just to the side of the clitoris and the PRP spreads under the skin to have effects on the entire clitoris, most of which is buried under the skin but plays an important part in sexual stimulation and clitoral orgasms.

Vagina: The second area is just within the vagina, along the front side.  PRP injected in this area stimulates some of the glands that lubricate the vagina.  The PRP also spreads to the G spot, which is responsible for vaginal orgasms.

    1. Discuss the indications of the Vaginal PRP shot

    2. Apply topical numbing medication to clitoris and just inside vagina along front wall.

    3. Draw patient’s blood and process for PRP.

    4. Using a tiny needle, PRP is injected into the vaginal wall.

    5. The clitoris is iced and then PRP is also injected into the clitoris.

  • The entire treatment takes about 30-45 minutes to draw the patient’s blood, numb the area, and perform the PRP injection.

  • The Vaginal PRP Shot is quick with minimal pain. We use a strong topical lidocaine cream before we inject.  The cream is applied before we draw the blood for processing and takes about 20 minutes to achieve appropriate levels of local anesthesia.

  • There is minimal recovery or limitations after the Vaginal PRP Shot. The clitoral and labial area can be numb for a few hours after treatment from the lidocaine. Expect mild inflammation, redness and swelling for a few days. You can resume normal physical activity and exercise the day after the treatment. We advise patients to avoid manipulating or pressing on the treated area for 48 hours. We also ask that patients wait 48 hours after treatment to resume sexual activity or use tampons. There are no restrictions on showering, bathing or swimming.

  • The effects from the Vaginal PRP Shot | Clitoral PRP Shot lasts between 1 year & 18 months, but varies from patient to patient.

  • The Vaginal PRP Shot is very safe since it contains no chemicals, medications, or synthetic substances, just your body’s own plasma and growth factors in a concentrated injection. The most common side effects are mild swelling and bruising.

  • We use the Emcyte centrifuge and processing kits.  This is a double processing system designed to achieve the maximum recovery of platelets for injection.
