Rejuvenation Through PRP
Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy: Your Path to Optimal Health
PLATELET-RICH PLASMA THERAPY
Your Path to Optimal Health
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is an autologous treatment—meaning it is created entirely from your own blood. During preparation, your plasma is gently separated and enriched so that the concentration of platelets becomes approximately 5–10 times higher than what is typically found in circulating blood. Platelets are small, disc-shaped cells that carry powerful growth factors, proteins, and cytokines, all of which naturally support the repair and regeneration of bone and soft tissues.
PRP contains a diverse array of these growth factors, each derived from your body’s platelets. Working together, they help guide the healing process in several meaningful ways: reducing inflammation, supporting healthy cell growth, and signaling the body’s immune and repair systems to respond more effectively. Depending on the specific cytokines present, multiple metabolic pathways are activated—each contributing to improved cell recovery and overall tissue healing.
This natural, biologically guided process allows PRP to enhance healing while remaining gentle, safe, and uniquely tailored to you.
