Vaginal Rejuvenation through Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
PLATELET-RICH PLASMA THERAPY
Vaginal Platelet Rich Plasma Injections
Even in an era when conversations about sexuality are more open than ever, many women still find it difficult to talk to their doctors about intimate concerns. Changes in sexual satisfaction can come from a variety of causes—such as vaginal dryness, discomfort during intercourse, reduced sensation, excessive tightness, or challenges reaching orgasm. A decreased interest in sex, or low libido, may also occur on its own or alongside these physical symptoms. Too often, these experiences affect far more than physical comfort; they can quietly erode confidence, strain relationships, and create emotional stress for both partners.
The body, however, has an extraordinary ability to repair and renew itself. At the center of this process is the production of stem cells and growth factors that support tissue healing and regeneration. Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy harnesses this natural mechanism by using a concentrated form of your own platelets, which are rich in bioactive proteins that stimulate cellular repair and encourage healthy tissue growth. Originally used in areas such as wound care, dentistry, and sports medicine, PRP has expanded into treatments for aesthetic concerns, sexual wellness, overactive bladder, and urinary incontinence. Today, it is considered one of the most advanced natural options available for restoring function and rejuvenating tissue throughout the body. Services are available both in-person and virtually for your convenience

The PRP is injected into two areas: clitoris & vagina.
Clitoris: The first area is just to the side of the clitoris and the PRP spreads under the skin to have effects on the entire clitoris, most of which is buried under the skin but plays an important part in sexual stimulation and clitoral orgasms.
Vagina: The second area is just within the vagina, along the front side. PRP injected in this area stimulates some of the glands that lubricate the vagina. The PRP also spreads to the G spot, which is responsible for vaginal orgasms.

Draw patient’s blood and process for PRP.
Using a tiny needle, PRP is injected into the vaginal wall.

The Vaginal PRP Shot is quick with minimal pain. We use a strong topical lidocaine cream before we inject. The cream is applied before we draw the blood for processing and takes about 20 minutes to achieve appropriate levels of local anesthesia.
-
There is minimal recovery or limitations after the Vaginal PRP Shot. The clitoral and labial area can be numb for a few hours after treatment from the lidocaine. Expect mild inflammation, redness and swelling for a few days. You can resume normal physical activity and exercise the day after the treatment. We advise patients to avoid manipulating or pressing on the treated area for 48 hours. We also ask that patients wait 48 hours after treatment to resume sexual activity or use tampons. There are no restrictions on showering, bathing or swimming.

The effects from the Vaginal PRP Shot | Clitoral PRP Shot lasts between 1 year & 18 months, but varies from patient to patient.
