Menopause Care Pricing

Menopause Initial Consultation: $275
This fee is applied toward your program if you move forward
Our 3-month program includes:
Initial consultation
Follow-up visits
Basic laboratory testing

Thirty-minute follow-up appointments monthly to reassess our plan, make adjustments, and address any ongoing issues
3 Month Menopause Package in Person/Virtual: $750
Initial 1-hour intake appointment, full physical and medical evaluation, laboratory workup, monthly follow-up appointments to track progress and make adjustments to hormone therapy, dietary plan, and exercise evaluation. During your appointment, we will create a plan going forward, including hormone replacement management, diet, and exercise

Concierge medicine with easy messaging and when needed follow up calls during the month. After we have you on a stable treatment regime, we will need to check in every 3 months to disucss progress, make medication adjustments, and reassess body composition and other body systems.
3 Month Weight Loss Management Package: $750
Initial 1-hour intake appointments, full physical and medical evaluation, laboratory workup, monthly follow-up appointments to track progress and make adjustments to medications, body composition evaluation, dietary plan, and exercise evaluation. During your appointment, we will create a plan including GLP-1 prescription, diet, and exercise.
Rejuvenation Therapy Pricing
PRP Joint Injections Benefits: Decreased pain during exercise and at rest, decreased inflammation of the joint, reparative, quick, and convenient treatment times, and a non-surgical method.
Vaginal Rejuvenation Benefits: Helps ease dryness, decreases pain during intercourse, improves overall vaginal health, and reduces stress incontinence.

Knee or Shoulder Injection: PRP Injection to the knee under ultrasound guidance.

Wellness Follow-Up Reset Appointment: $175
30-minute follow-up appointments to review plan of care and address any concerns. Every plan needs an adjustment here and there to perfect it.
