MENOPAUSE CARE

Menopause Weight Gain, Fatigue, or Brain Fog

Nurse Practitioner–led menopause care with medical weight loss and hormone optimization in Rohnert Park, CA. If you’re doing everything “right” — and still not feeling like yourself — you’re not alone. Many women in their 40s and 50s experience sudden changes they don’t recognize:

  • Exhaustion that doesn’t improve with rest

  • Hot flashes or night sweats

  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

  • Low libido or vaginal discomfort

  • Joint pain that makes movement harder

  • Diets and workouts that used to work — but don’t anymore

  • Stubborn weight gain, especially around the abdomen

These symptoms are common during perimenopause and menopause. They are not a personal failure — and they are treatable. We provide personalized HRT care plans.

YOUR PROVIDER

Nurse Practitioner–Led Menopause Care

As a licensed Nurse Practitioner, I provide personalized medical care for women experiencing menopause-related weight gain and hormonal changes. I specialize in menopause care, metabolic health, and medical weight loss. I created this clinic because too many women are told their symptoms are “just aging.” They deserve real answers and personalized medical care. This is not a med spa or a one-size-fits-all weight loss clinic. This is medical care, guided by labs, symptoms, and ongoing monitoring. Every plan is individualized. No cookie-cutter protocols.

THE DIFFERENCE

Why This is Different

Our program is different as you work directly with the same Nurse Practitioner at every visit. Labs, prescriptions, and follow-up care is all in one place. The treatment provided is evidence-based medicine — not online algorithms. We focus on how you feel, not just the number on the scale. This is a private, supportive, judgment-free environment.

Services are available both in-person and virtually for your convenience.
